At BLOW we recognise that a trip to the hairdressers should be a fun, social experience, it's not just about cuts, colours and styling! When you take a seat in our bar themed salon we invite you to sip on one of our signature cocktails, nibble on our bar snacks and even enjoy a movie on our big screens - all in the luxury of our vibrant and colourful surroundings. And it's all on us!
Our approach to the services we provide are every bit as creative, from our fantasy colours and obscure cutting to our more contemporary balayage blends - we have the stylists and accompanying skills for the broadest range of hairdressing clients. We just love pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and every day our creative team produces something new and inspiring- we simply never stand still!
I’m a new client, is a skin test compulsory?
Yup! All of our new clients require both a skin test and consultation before any colouring service – this only takes a few minutes when you pop into any of our locations. We promise we are acting in your best interests and a full consultation will also ensure we get your desired look that’s on the money for you! If booking online, please remember the same rule applies. If you turn up for your appointment without first having attended your skin test you may be sadly be turned away – and we don’t want that!
What is your bookings/ cancellation policy?
All of our bookings now require a small deposit, which will be proportionate to the cost of your service. You will be sent an email confirmation upon booking and then 72 hours prior to your appointment as a reminder. So don’t worry, we’ll keep you organised! We have a minimum 48 hour cancellation policy to ensure your deposit is refundable – by telephone call only to the salon location the appointment was booked within. We don’t accept emails unfortunately (sorry!). If you are booking a colour service, but are unsure of exactly what service you need, rather than book online, please email us at email@example.com with a description of what you are looking to achieve, or call us by phone and one of our super-friendly staff team will make sure we get it right for you. If you have booked online for an incorrect service we may not have the time to carry out your service when you arrive (uh-oh!)
Do you have a re-do policy?
We do! We always want to get things spot-on for you, but sometimes things may need that little extra fine-tuning! We are always happy to do this – all we ask is that you let us know within one week of your service and upon your return we will ensure you leave feeling a million bucks!
Do you offer reduced prices for models?
We frequently advertise for models across our social media channels when training our modern apprentices. These are at discounted rates and are always supervised by our qualified BLOW stylists. Keep your eyes peeled for details when we post them!
